Fallbarrow Lodge is a 75 sq mtr (800 sq ft) three bedroom/two bathroom timber clad log cabin built by Heritage Homes of Wales.

The master bedroom has a standard sized double bed with a separate en-suite toilet and shower. There are fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and drawers, bedside cabinets and a TV with Freeview.

Bedroom two has a queen sized double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and a TV with Freeview. This bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot.

Bedroom three has two full sized single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside cabinet.

Master bedroom with en-suite

The lounge and dining area, together with the kitchen are open plan. In the lounge there are two comfortable leather reclining sofas. In addition to the two central heating radiators, there is a flame effect electric fire and fireplace.

The dining table extends to seat six people in comfort.

The lounge area has a 37” wide screen television with full Sky + HD (all Sky channels), a DVD player and hi fi system.

There is free wireless internet access available in the lodge

The lodge is warmed with full gas central heating.

Lounge/dining area

The fully equipped kitchen area leads off the lounge dining area and includes a full sized fan assisted oven and four ring hob, a full sized fridge/freezer and a full sized dish washer.

Even if you prefer to wash up by hand, the view from the kitchen window looks out onto Lake Windermere.

In addition to the full sized appliances, there is a microwave oven and electric kettle.

There is plenty of cutlery and crockery for six people.

Fully equipped kitchen

The 15 square metre (160 square feet) of decking area is accessed via double patio doors from the lounge area. The decking area is a fantastic outdoor space with stunning views of Lake Windermere towards Ambleside and the fells beyond.

On the decking area is a six seater dining table and patio heater. For true al fresco dining, there is a Webber gas barbecue. Gas for the patio heater and barbecue is included in the price.

The lodge also includes sun loungers and chairs for relaxing on the decking.
